What is Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding in maaiiConnect is to enable incoming calls to redirect to another destination that you have specified.
This will help to reduce missed calls from another staff and easier to manage incoming calls for different occasions and time.

Enable Call Forwarding

To enable call forwarding with your maaiiConnect account,

  1. Navigate to the My Account interface from the navigation pane then click Call Settings
  2. Click Edit in order to configure the Call Forwarding

  1. Toggle ON the Call Forwarding
  2. Select destination type phone number
  3. Enter valid phone number, first the country prefix then the phone number.
  4. Click Save

Note

When Call Forwarding is enabled, all incoming calls from other staff will be redirected to the phone number you set as the destination even if you're offline.

Disable Call Forwarding

To disable Call Forwarding

  1. Navigate to the My Account interface from the navigation pane then click Call Settings
  2. Toggle OFF the Call Forwarding
  3. Click Save
