Call Forwarding

maaiiconnect has a Call Forwarding feature lets you redirect incoming calls to another Destination endpoint that you have specified. This helps you reduce missed calls from other Staff members and manage incoming calls on different occasions and times.

Enabling Call Forwarding

To enable call forwarding with your maaiiconnect account:

  • From the navigation menu, go to My Account > Call Settings then click on the Edit button at the bottom of the page.

Call Forwarding Settings

  • Toggle the Call Forwarding button ON.
  • Select Destination type phone number.
  • Enter a valid phone number, first the country prefix, then the phone number.
  • Click on Save.

Note

When call forwarding is enabled, all voice calls will be forwarded to the targeted Destination, and all video calls will be automatically rejected.

Disabling Call Forwarding

To disable Call Forwarding:

  • From the navigation menu, go to My Account > Call Settings then click on the Edit button at the bottom of the page.
  • Toggle the Call Forwarding button OFF.
  • Click on Save.
