Call Forwarding

maaiiconnect has a Call Forwarding feature lets you redirect incoming calls to another destination endpoint that you have specified. This helps you reduce missed calls from other staff members and manage incoming calls on different occasions and times.

Enabling Call Forwarding

To enable call forwarding with your maaiiconnect account:

  • Navigate to the My Account interface from the navigation pane then click Call Settings
  • Click Edit in order to configure the Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding Settings

  • Toggle ON the Call Forwarding
  • Select destination type phone number
  • Enter a valid phone number, first the country prefix, then the phone number
  • Click Save

Note

When call forwarding is enabled, all voice calls forwarded to the targeted destination, and all video calls automatically rejected.

Disabling Call Forwarding

To disable Call Forwarding:

  • Navigate to the My Account interface from the navigation pane then click Call Settings
  • Toggle OFF the Call Forwarding
  • Click Save
