Viewing the Chat Report

Chat Report lets you monitor all sent and received chats, such as the following in your Service Account.

  • Text
  • Image
  • Video
  • File
  • Audio

To view the Chat Report, from the navigation menu, go to Report > Chat Report.

The Overview section consists of total chats and a graph for the chat breakdown.

Overview

Overview displays the Total Chats send in the chat rooms of visitors and staff.
In the referenced screenshot, the total chats data is 12, 335 from the last 7 days.

In the graph displays the breakdown of chat (text, image, video, file and audio) with the period of time.

Text: In the referenced screenshot, the total text data is 11, 057 from the last 7 days.

Image: In the referenced screenshot, the total image data is 668 from the last 7 days.

Video: In the referenced screenshot, the total video data is 332 from the last 7 days.

File: In the referenced screenshot, the total files data is 216 from the last 7 days.

Audio: In the referenced screenshot, the total audio data is 62 from the last 7 days.

  • The chat report data can filter by Date or Staff.
  • Use the interactive bar chart to see the data in an hourly or daily breakdown.
