Are there any hidden costs or "fine print" for the free plan?

No, the CINNOX ESSENTIALS Plan is completely free with no hidden costs. CINNOX ESSENTIALS include 4,000 minutes of audio calls and 1,000 minutes of video calls to be shared between 5 licensed staff. These minutes can be consumed for calls from web widget, QR codes, web links and staff-to-staff calls.

Once the full usage entitlement is consumed, a plan upgrade is required to continue using the service. Instant messaging via the CINNOX widget or between internal staff on CINNOX will not be affected.

Are there any limitations in the free plan?

The free CINNOX ESSENTIALS Plan comes with a total of 5 staff licences, and provides a total of 4,000 minutes audio calls and 1,000 minutes of video calls. The total usage entitlement is shared by all staff licences and not renewable.

How long can I use CINNOX free of charge? Is there a time limit?

How do I sign up with CINNOX?

What are the system and hardware requirements for CINNOX?

CINNOX requires no installation so you can use it on supported browsers. The CINNOX Staff Mobile App is available in the following mobile OS:

What does it mean by "Sponsored" Branding & Widget Customisation and Video Call Advertising, and "CINNOX logo and video advertising banners may be displayed from time to time"?

The CINNOX ESSENTIALS Plan comes with a few, small limitations. CINNOX sponsors the free plan in 2 ways. Firstly, the widget will show the CINNOX logo by default. Secondly, during incoming and outgoing calls on CINNOX, the screen will display a CINNOX sponsored video call answered. You can still customise the appearance of your widget in terms of the colour scheme and corporate tags. Icons for each tag can be chosen from a default list, however, uploading custom tag icons is not available for the ESSENTIALS Plan. Upgrade to a PRO or BUSINESS plan to fully customise your tag icons and upload your own company logo and video ad.

How can I add the CINNOX web widget to my website?

The CINNOX web widget can be easily installed in several ways. Our plugins are available on all 3 major CMS: WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla. If you prefer to install the widget manually, please go to the Administration tab on your dashboard, and click on Installation. Copy the Installation Code and paste it into your CMS under the closing tag. Read our tutorial here.

How long does the widget installation take?

The CINNOX Widget can be installed easily with just a few clicks. You may choose from our CMS plugins or manually add the Installation Code to your website. Follow the steps here to install your CINNOX widget.

Do I still have access to 24/7 support with the free plan?

Yes, absolutely! You can get in touch with our customer support team any time, for any issue.

Can I purchase additional licences for more agents?

The ESSENTIALS Plan comes with 5 staff licences. If you need more staff licences, please upgrade to a paid plan which allow you to select the number of staff licences you need.

Can I purchase more storage space after I reached the 1GB limit?

No, we do not offer the option to upgrade the storage space separately. 1GB of storage should be plenty for your team, but if you ever need more, please consider an upgrade to a paid plan for more storage space and features and enjoy a better CINNOX experience.

Can I integrate the CINNOX web widget on more than one website or domain?

Yes, all CINNOX plans are multi-domain capable so that you can use the web widget on multiple websites. For more information, refer to our User Guide.

Can I add a virtual number to the free plan?

No, the ESSENTIALS Plan only provides web-based calls and chat features through CINNOX. Our PRO and BUSINESS Plans on the other hand offer virtual numbers for 150 countries.

What are the main differences between the free plan, and paid plans?

The free ESSENTIALS Plan is a basic package which offers only the essential features, such as web-based calls and chats. The PRO and BUSINESS Plans add Social capabilities such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, WeChat integration, and telecom features such as SMS and virtual numbers. Can I upgrade the free plan to another plan any time? How can I do that?

Yes. Please contact one of our experts through chat and call or email and they can help you to upgrade your plan.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up for the free plan?

No, you don’t. To sign up for the free CINNOX ESSENTIALS Plan, you only need to provide your name, work email, phone number, and your company details; then your can choose your preferred service account name.

If I want more agents, can I keep my free account with 3 licences and add one (1) licence through a paid plan?

CINNOX can only provide one company account per registered company. Each company account can only subscribe to one plan. You cannot combine the accounts from two different plans.
