Portal Account Management

For existing users on the White Label Portal, the administrator can modify the following:
• Portal Account details including First, and Last Name
• Discard changes in the account
• Update company permission and roles
• Delete Portal Accounts

Update Portal Account Details

To update account details:

  1. Click Account from the left-hand side navigation pane.
  2. Search the user using the search bar and click on the account name.
  3. Update the required details and click save.

Update Account Role

To update the role:

  1. Click Account from the left-hand side navigation pane.
  2. Search the user using the search bar and click on the account name.
  3. Click on the current company name and role.
  4. Select the new role from the list and click save.

Delete Portal Account

To delete the account:

  1. Click Account from the left-hand side navigation pane.
  2. Search the user using the search bar and click on the account name.
  3. Click Delete to delete the account.
  4. A confirmation box appears. Click Delete.
