Portal Account Management
For existing users on the White Label Portal, the administrator can modify the following:
• Portal Account details including First, and Last Name
• Discard changes in the account
• Update company permission and roles
• Delete Portal Accounts
Update Portal Account Details
To update account details:
- Click Account from the left-hand side navigation pane.
- Search the user using the search bar and click on the account name.
- Update the required details and click save.
Update Account Role
To update the role:
- Click Account from the left-hand side navigation pane.
- Search the user using the search bar and click on the account name.
- Click on the current company name and role.
- Select the new role from the list and click save.
Delete Portal Account
To delete the account:
- Click Account from the left-hand side navigation pane.
- Search the user using the search bar and click on the account name.
- Click Delete to delete the account.
- A confirmation box appears. Click Delete.
